   i like the irony of the simple art, but i’m concerned that it’s too minimal, too unfinished, too quick.

   the minimalism is only problematic if we think we need more to define (confine) an idea. The openness of these simple lines touches my heart. i feel the universality of the sentiment

   i appreciate that approach. part of me thought i was being lazy; part of me thought i was being realisitc about what i could actually draw that would serve to add (and not detract or distract from) the main idea of this comic. i think the main idea is perception and construction of perception. ha! oh intentions!
