When in doubt, self-portrait.

I’ve been trying to figure out how this blog fits into my creative process.

I started the blog 12 years ago. I used it to track my progress as I learned how to draw, paint, and animate and digitally draw, paint, and animate. I posted autobiographical comics and photos from art events. There were many self-portraits along the way.

I fell off on posting but continued to art. This is my announcement that I’m back.

So let it be written.

I have a daunting and exciting backlog to share, but I will start with a current project in my next post. Fittingly, it’s an extension from where I left the blog a year ago: Halloween.
