Making faces

Written by:

Alright!  I’m building some momentum here.  I just started reading  Los Angeles Ink Stains by Jim Mahfood (Food One) [Thanks, Alex!], and the first few pages helped me figure out some clarity in my voice.  I have to remember to take reasonable bites off the ol’ idea slab.  My projects, lists, and planning have weighed me down.  They’re good, but underdeveloped and incomplete (related, though different, critiques).  If I need to draw a picture of myself making a funny face in order to simplify, take a load off, and get into drawing and writing again, then I’m for it!

Plug – “Justin Soloman something or other” in the background.

Hmm, maybe it’s actually not a plug if you can’t tell what it is
