I enjoy Tina Fey.  Her book Bossy Pants was hilarious (until the end when she started talking about motherhood and I just didn’t have the empathy).  I wasn’t sure how the shadows would turn out, but I wanted to give them a try.  I’ll take you through the process:

Here’s the final 16″x20″ with a rainbow gradient effect in the background.  Hmmm maybe I can bevel or emboss the next portrait to add to the pop effect.  Hmmmm
