Esther is the lastest addition to my Lines to Shapes portrait series. The process is becoming more intuitive for me. From the snap of the photo to the positioning of the image beneath the lines to the fill of the shapes – it was much easier for me to make all of these decisions.
This is the final 8″x10″ portrait
After I completed the shapes, I decided to center the portrait because of a request Ginelle had made for her version.
The drafts below are not centered.
